In most cases you need
to pay 5-6 times of your monthly rent (1- 2 months
deposit, 1-2 months key money, 1 month realtor commission,
and your first month's rent. Of course don’t forget
your FURNISHING. Unfortunately you will not see most of
it when you move out. |
| MONTHLY RENT:

NOTHING IS PERFECT!!!
You will find that our monthly rent is on average 10-20%
higher for the equivalent rooms rented through the other
agencies. Thus we do not recommend our company for
tenants planning to stay for more than 2 years. |
Monthly rent is cheaper
but to see the real monthly rent do not forget to add the
initial MOVE IN COST and to divide it by the numbers of
months you are intending to stay in one place. |
| RENEWAL FEE:

There is no Renewal Fee!

You will need to pay
the equivalent to 1-1.5 month rent at the time of renewal.

| MINIMUM STAY:

1 month to unlimited! |
In most cases you have
to sign a two year lease contract. |
| MOVING OUT: |
FLEXIBLE MOVE OUT DATE. After the minimum (1 Month Stay) you can stay as long as you wish. Just be sure to notify us 1 month in advance about your planned move out date. |

to stay longer than the contract stipulates. |

| STAFF: |
Foreigner friendly. All
nationalities welcome!!! We speak English, Korean,
Spanish, Russian, Polish and of course Japanese. |
In most cases unless
you can speak Japanese you will not be able to
communicate with the agent.. |
| UTILITY SET
UP ASSISTANCE: |
We will contact the
utility companies (Gas, Water, Electricity) to register
your name and to open the accounts for you. |
You have to contact the
utility companies directly to open the account - all in
Japanese. |
| LEASE
CONTRACT (PAPER WORK): |
We only need your passport or foreign registration card. Simple lease contract is written in English. |
You will be required to
bring with you a certificate of residence, income
certificate, your seal etc. |
| MOVE IN /
OUT PROCEDURE: |
Arrive with you luggage
at our office!! We have very easy procedures - all
complete in a few minutes. |
Once you find your room
it will take at least 1-2 weeks before you are allowed to
move in. |
| YOUR STAY: |
Care free Stay!!! We
have maintenance staff on duty. Just call us if you have
any problems and we will fix them. |
You will need to deal
with your room's problems by yourself. |
